Shipping & Returns HOW TO ORDER?
How Do I Place An Order?
When you see an item you like, click on "Add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "Shopping Cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Checkout" to proceed checking out your purchases. After you have successfully placed your orders, an email with your order details will be sent to you at the email address you provided.
Before You Check Out:
(Option 1) Returning Account Holders If you already registered an account with us, enter your email address and password to continue.
(Option 2) New Customer Registration If you have not registered with us, you may want to take the opportunity to register as our account holder before you can make any order. Creating an account will give you access to all of the great features of our eShop, including:
:: Personal Information store your personal information for future shopping visits :: Address Book a convenient place to store and edit your personal shipping addresses :: Order Histories keep track of all the orders you place using your account :: Wish List you can keep products you love in your wish list to purchase them later or have an email sent to your friends to inform them about your wishlist.
How Will I Know that My Orders Was Accepted?
After you click "Confirm Order", an email confirmation including an order number will be sent to the email address which you entered on your order form.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept? NewUrbanMale.com eShop accepts:
For Singapore Customers DBS/POSB Funds Transfers via Internet Banking A confirmation email will be sent to you after you have successfully placed an order. After which, within 3 working days, our customer service department will send you an email with your orders and payment charges, including shipping charges with our bank account details for you to transfer the payment. Please use Internet Banking initials stated in this email when you add us as a new payee to your personal list for 3rd Party Funds Transfer.
Credit Card A confirmation email will be sent to you after you have successfully placed an order. After which, within 3 working days, our customer service department will send you an NUM eShop email with your orders and payment charges, including shipping charges with details of where and how you could do you credit card payment online.
For International Customers Credit Card A confirmation email will be sent to you after you have successfully placed an order. After which, within 3 working days, our customer service department will send you an NUM eShop email with your orders and payment charges, including shipping charges with details of where and how you could do you credit card payment online.
Please Take Note:
Your orders will be forfeited and the items you ordered will be added back to our inventory if your payment is not received within 3 working days from the date our NUM eShop email is being delivered.
Shipping/ Handling Rates:
For Singapore Customers: You have the option to either pick up the items from NUM the Heeren Shop or have the items delivered to you.
(Option 1) Pick Up At NewUrbanMale.com The Heeren Shop (2pm - 9pm daily) There is no shipping or handling charge if you choose this option. Once you have made your online order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our customer service department will send you an NUM eShop email within 3 working days, informing you when and where you can collect your order. Payment need to be made prior to collection.
(Option 2) Speedpost Islandwide Standard Service. We are offering FREE DELIVERY for all Singapore orders if you purchase 3 items or more. Anything less than 3 pieces, there will be a SGD10 shipping charge. Once you have made your online order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our customer service department will send you an NUM eShop email within 3 working days, informing you the total charges including shipping charges with details of where and how you could do your online payment.
For International Orders: Our customer service department will send you an NUM eShop email advising you totoal charges including shipping charges before we send you another complete invoice for credit card payment. We use Speedpost Worldwide Standard Air Parcel Service.
